Two career paths that have supported each other since college and Uni: communication and countryside. Jim has carried his design and communication skills through all of his environment jobs. Jim's been a Communication Officer for a London Parks Ranger Service, Heritage Estate Officer, Bristol's Environment Centre Coordinator and Development Officer for the Mendip Hills AONB Service.

Jim left to join Viper as he wanted to transfer skills he'd learnt. Jim specialises in practical communication project management and facilitation techniques. He can cast his design eye over a wide variety of media. His skills come to the fore when working with teams to engage them all in their communication planning (don't get him started on the power of Post-Its!).

Teams like his practical approach and the way he can simplify complex projects. He and the rest of Viper can then turn ideas into well designed communication tools that get the job done.
