With over 20 years of marketing experience gained with the likes of Orange, NatWest, BP Castrol and Ordnance Survey he provides a full marketing and communications service for clients. Neil’s passion for digital communications is reflected in his strategic planning and marketing campaigns and he trains marketers on professional Chartered Institute of Marketing qualifications through to post-graduate level.

Jim Hardcastle
Communications Consultant
Originally Jim trained in graphics and design but realised he wanted to work in the countryside just as much. He stopped being a ‘Ranger’ to help other public and private sector organisations.
Jim specialises in facilitation techniques to engage and involve people. He responds well to outdoor adventure, savoury snacks and good coffee.

Christopher Imrie
Lead Web Developer
Christopher is a web developer with a background in Aerospace Engineering. Just as comfortable designing as he is writing standards compliant code, Christopher is also an Adobe Certified Expert and provides Adobe training to designers and developers alike.

Our three creatives are very special designers. They are different and they create very different solutions for our clients.
David is a seasoned graphic design specialist with decades of inspiring and dynamic work in his portfolio. David appears on the team for many of our Rural and Music projects and particularly those requiring inspirational print design.
Naomi is a special graphic designer with a penchant for web. Naomi has created a number of recent websites for Viper clients that have been met with critical acclaim and especially enjoys branding and design of commercial sites.
Chloe is our newest team member and brings with her a wealth of branding and publishing experience. With a strong and comprehensive portfolio, Chloe specialises in graphic solutions for our Outdoor Adventure and Adventure Travel clients.
Viper Adventurers
Our adventure travel and outdoor specialists compliment the marketing and communications team perfectly, offering a range of specialist skills to outdoor companies.
Chloe is a mountain guide and biker, climber, walker and product tester and has been the art editor with Mountain Biking UK magazine.
Neil is a dedicated mountain biker and surfer and founder/organiser of Europe’s largest charity 24 hour mountain bike marathon.
Lara is the former editor of Adventure Travel magazine, a regular product tester and a keen mountain biker.
Jo is a specialist adventure travel consultant with extensive experience around the world as tour guide, expedition leader and logistics expert.
Jim is a mountain biker and active member of Avon Search and Rescue Service.
