Heart of the Biosphere?

Here's a potentially complicated situation to be in: two landscape designations, one with national statutory designation, one international designation but with no statutory remit, one's at the centre of the other, one's got more funding than the other but the other has a greater population in it. Both have similar but subtly different messages. Both teams are part of the same organisation. 

Viper has produced individual plans for each team, North Devon Coasts AONB and the North Devon Biosphere, through our Communication Planning Framework days. Reps from each team were present at each planning day so they 'get' what the other teams needs are. 

Last Monday we brought them together. Where were the similarities and differences? Who are the shared audience types? We facilitated the day and ended up with a surprising action. We're working on it now and will reveal all soon.
