Entrepreneur’s Speech

Viper's Jim Hardcastle was invited to speak at Bath & North East Somerset Council's Entrepreneurs Club. Jim's speech, called 'How I became Digitally Extrovert' revealed how he made the successful transition from local authority countryside manager to rural marketing specialist.
The club aims to support local entrepreneurs through seminars, shared learning and links with colleges. A wide variety of people met at the meeting, hosted by Norton Radstock College.
Jim uses the phrase 'digitally extrovert' to describe how people should use social media for business. Jim said, 'I've successfully used a wide variety of social media tools to increase our networks, leading to more work. These digital media tools are essential for businesses to adopt to complement existing marketing.'
