Coffee brewing, cakes stacked high, the Viper Team are ready to spend a day brainstorming on social media. 

We use different types of social media like Twitter and Facebook all the time but we really wanted to understand just how powerful the contact building network of LinkedIn could be for us and our clients. We've all had LinkedIn accounts for sometime but knew there's much more to it than meets the eye. Four heads are better than one especially when fueled by coffee and cakes!

We focused on techniques for creating referrals, building profiles through group discussions, inclusion of Applications to showcase work and promotion through the Events area. All of these can help build awareness for our clients to get their message across.
