Understanding Branding Guidelines

Viper have been asked to look at signage for a major new adventure play park thanks to our understanding of corporate branding guidelines.
Branding guidelines can be seen as a constraint on design and creativity by some. We see it as a springboard to launch from. Think of is as similar to interior design, you have the architecture of the house to work with and it’s up to you to make the place look good with the fixtures and fittings.
Viper’s work on the the Keynsham Memorial Park signage demonstrated how we can take the building blocks of brand guidelines and create a great product from it. Bath and North East Somerset Council are rightly concerned about their image. They want the work they do across the area to be consistently branded to reflect quality and to let local taxpayers know the variety of services delivered with it. We used the branding mixed with great mapping and materials sympathetic to the area to create a product that ticks all the boxes.
We look forward to revealing the new sign work as soon as possible.
