The Brief
Having completed a first year in business Summerzest were seeking to expand both the 'reach' of their brand at the same time as ensure they attracted back existing clients to their amazing location in the French Alps.
Summerzest offer bespoke and all inclusive outdoor adventure breaks for groups, individuals and clubs seeking a mountain experience, adventure holiday or idyllic base for altitude training.
The Solution
We were commissioned to help the founder and her team to better understand their target audience and how their brand was perceived by the various types of quite diverse individuals and groups they wished to attract.
Taking them through our strategic planning process they quickly understood the areas of strength and also helped them to identify what they needed to improve and change to ensure they were able to focus all resource and time on the things that really matter to take their business forward.
The planning process is totally absorbing and engaging and isn't about Viper telling the client how to do it but teasing out the fine detail from what on the surface can appear to be quite complex and unachievable things.
