Shell LiveWire asked Viper's Neil Wilkins to deliver a number of video Marketing Masterclasses to their global database of business leaders.
The videos showcase best practise and give ideas and thinking about how businesses can improve the effectiveness of their marketing.
The first video in the series outlined the 12 step planning process that Viper uses every day with its clients to help them plan, understand their target customers and importantly prioritise their marketing resource, spend and focus to best effect.
A key outcome of the process and indeed all effective marketing is proving the return on investment (ROI) and this video masterclass, as well as others in the series that will follow in the coming weeks focuses on this important element.
