“The day went really well and it was the change that we needed. You did well to keep the balance of contributions with such a large group with diverse perspectives.” Emma Gairdner, Tokyo Marine Kiln
“‘Many thanks for delivering such an engaging session. It was very well received.” Joanna Roberts, Arup
“I was unsure what to expect when I booked the course, but I was hopeful. I am so pleased that this is the one I chose. You were succinct, extremely knowledgable, gave us great tools and delivered exactly what I needed to move my company’s social media strategy forward. I consider it a day very well spent.” Inge Watrobski, Blanc Brasseries
“Thank you very much for the awesome workshop… the information was leading to the frontier of Marketing for 2014 and beyond. The day was also nicely informal with plenty of interaction, leaving those who were fortunate enough to attend, with some valuable exercises to take back to their teams and action straight away.” Andrew Carter, Web Translations
“Thank you for your excellently organised training and information day today. I enjoyed - I learned” Guy Mathiot, MD, Design IQ
“We were very impressed by the way Viper Marketing approached the project: to devise and implement a coherent, practical digital marketing strategy that integrated with existing marketing activities, and addressed the specific goals of the company. A thoroughly enjoyable and stimulating experience - we would recommend them highly.” Cathy Curwood, Marketing Manager, Acteon Communication and Learning
“Thank you for an excellent course yesterday. It was well-timed, beautifully delivered and really insightful. Thoroughly enjoyed.” Sue Haswell, Author of PR Superstar
‘‘I only have good things to say about Viper Marketing. Neil and his team worked very closely with Medserve to help identify our needs, key messages, audience and create customer journeys. By doing this I now feel that the business has a very clear vision for the future and don’t think we would have been able to produce such a detailed Marketing Strategy without the support and guidance from Viper. I would strongly recommend them to any other businesses looking to create a marketing strategy with a difference!” Amy Ackerman, Medserve
“During our 4-day intensive Digital Marketing & Social Media training, Neil was able to change the way we view our online marketing from just sporadic updates to a full strategy of who, when and most importantly how to communicate with our online target market. His in-depth knowledge and ability to understand our specific niche helped show us the methods and techniques to understand why social media is important today and the extent of what can be done with it. Most importantly, Neil’s “lectures” were as entertaining as they were informative.” Tamer Elfiky, Sodic
“I have worked with Neil on and off over the last 3 years, and have always been impressed by his professional but creative approach; his ability to quickly identify the needs of his clients, and to deliver training at the appropriate speed for his audience. It’s not often that you walk away from a 2 day workshop and every member of your team has nothing but praise for the way it was facilitated.” Mark Wiltshaw, Bath Building Society
“Neil and his team worked with our strategic team to develop a highly targetted marketing strategy, we are delighted with the results and found the process challenging but immensely beneficial. Neil is an expert in his field and his insight and wisdom helped drive the process through from concept to plan.” Sue Mothershaw, DoCare.
“Neil was my tutor. I have completed a couple of distance learning courses and Neil was by far the best tutor I have encountered. He was always at hand if I needed guidance, prompt with feedback for every assignment and articulated this in such a way that would inspire and motivate. I would like to thank Neil for helping me achieve an A.” Annique Tate Doe, Training Delegate
